Residential Living Supervisor supervises the work of a residential living staff. Provides training to resident assistants on proper care giving techniques. Being a Residential Living Supervisor may administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Residential Living Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Residential Living Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. The purpose of this position is to serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary care team facilitating quality care, guided by residents’ individualized service plans, Facility policies and procedures, and State and Federal guidelines. This position is scheduled to work 12 hour shifts, Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a target start date of June 2024.
