Residential Living Supervisor supervises the work of a residential living staff. Provides training to resident assistants on proper care giving techniques. Being a Residential Living Supervisor may administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Residential Living Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Residential Living Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated DSPs who enjoy supporting someone to live the life they choose to live! This home supports one individual (one male). He enjoys the little things in life, like spending time at home watching his favorite shows and movies and going on community outings. We are looking for staff to support this individual with all activities of daily living including medication administration, meal prep, and personal care supports.REQUIREMENTS:
- At least three years as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history
- Acceptable criminal history and other background checks
