Residential Living Supervisor supervises the work of a residential living staff. Provides training to resident assistants on proper care giving techniques. Being a Residential Living Supervisor may administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the safety of residents and team members of the community. You will be hands-on completing work orders and routine repairs in the residents’ apartments, including but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, small appliance repair, floor care, etc. Excellent customer service and a willingness to work with the elderly population is essential for this role.
