Job Description:

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an energetic Residential Sales Representative for their Big Flats, NY location, servicing all of Twin Tiers. The ideal candidate will educate homeowners based on the audit and sell products based on the findings.

The ideal candidate will be customer service orientated and interested in consultation sales. This position includes a base salary with commission with first-year estimated earnings- $70,000.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Home Energy Audits using provided assessment tools to evaluate customer homes
• Educate homeowners on audit findings and recommend/sell products to address their needs
• Maintain sales projections and sales goals as set with your manager
• Provide customer service and follow up after the installation, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage the sold projects the customer purchases following the audit results from start to finish

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1  year of retail or outside sales experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record

The starting yearly base salary range for this position is $30,000 to $35,000. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
