Start at $15,000 base pay with commission thereafter based on experience with additional incentives. Previous sales experience preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The residential sales specialist is responsible for providing effective and excellent customer service for all customers by using in-depth knowledge of company services and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members. You work one on one with customers bidding utility and pest services we offer. From attic job bids to exclusion- we train for all situations.

Work Environment
This job operates on the road, at home, in office (when needed). This role routinely uses a tablet for proposals or a app on your phone.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The ability to lift, bend, stand, walk and move around most of the day. The ability to scale ladders to make proper assessments as well.
Position Type And Expected Hours Of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
