Residential Sales Representative Needed

  • Start at $15,000 base pay with commission thereafter based on experience with additional incentives. Previous sales experience preferred.

    To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. Candidates should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with customers easily. This position is full time with flexible hours and a company car provided.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The residential sales specialist is responsible for providing effective and excellent customer service for all customers by using in-depth knowledge of company services and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members. You work one on one with customers bidding utility and pest services we offer. From attic job bids to exclusion- we train for all situations.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Representative will be engaging in calls and appointments from generated leads.
    • Must be comfortable with "asking for the business" for new call in customers.
    • Process orders and forms appropriately.
    • Provides timely and accurate information to customers by problem solving customers issues with pests.
    • Processes customer orders/changes/etc. according to established department policies and procedures.
    • Partners with the utility team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
    • Enters order data into computer using company specified programs.
    • Record details of customer interactions, inquires, comments and complaints along with details and actions taken.
    • Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.

    Work Environment

    This job operates on the road, at home, in office (when needed). This role routinely uses a tablet for proposals or a app on your phone.

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

    The ability to lift, bend, stand, walk and move around most of the day. The ability to scale ladders to make proper assessments as well.

    Position Type And Expected Hours Of Work

    This is a full-time position. Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    Required Education And Experience

    • High school diploma or GED diploma
    • Prior related sales would be nice
    • Other Duties as needed
