DAT-TO-DAY FOR A SHIFT COORDINATOR - TEAM LEAD

In the role of Shift Coordinator - Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing our food service operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Your main responsibilities will include mentoring and training your team to help them set and achieve their career goals within our organization. You'll need exceptional organizational skills to create work schedules, manage time-off requests, and maintain optimal staffing levels. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed production or sales reports for management to ensure that our unit meets high standards of quality, productivity, and safety. In addition, you'll play a crucial role in evaluating employee performance, recognizing and rewarding high achievers, and providing constructive guidance to those who need to improve.
