LPN/RN Staff Coordinator
Duties:
- Develop and present staff educations
-Conduct facility orientation process and all staff meetings
- Coordinate and schedule staff members for various shifts and assignments
- Serve as the main point of contact for staff inquiries and requests
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, time-off requests, and availability
- Assist with onboarding new staff members and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and make adjustments as necessary
- Manage staff schedules and ensure proper coverage for all shifts
- Communicate changes in staffing assignments or schedules to relevant parties
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document management
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling incoming calls
- Experience working as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of office management procedures and practices
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and working with Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working at a front desk or in a medical office setting is a plus
