Reporting to the HR Manager, you will contribute to recruitment, orientation, training, policy implementation, payroll, benefits, health and safety, and more.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Prepare and process all HR-related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure HR processes & procedures are consistently followed and communicated.
• Manage and advise on employee issues including engagement, coaching, and discipline
• Benefits administration.
• Health and Safety administration including benefits, WSI and accident investigations.
• Provide reference and support regarding North Dakota employment law.
• Other related tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Two years, in a Human Resources Environment.
• Strong Benefits Administration background.
• Post Secondary education, with regards to Human Resources.
• Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
