We are currently seeking Support Coordinator candidates for our team at New Jersey Support Coordination.
The Support Coordinator helps individuals with disabilities and their families to identify and link with needed services and supports to improve their quality of life within the home and the community.
As a Support Coordinator, you must be willing and able to travel and drive throughout the State of NJ as well as have a flexible schedule to accommodate consumers schedule including evening and weekend hours.
May perform other duties as assigned by the CEO, SVP of Programs and Services, Director, SC Supervisor, and Administrative Assistant as need arises.
