RESPONSIBILITIES
Under general supervision of the Resource Manager in Community Services, is responsible for the development of community resources and programs, i.e., Infant Services, Respite, Day Programs, Independent Living Services/Supported Living Services, Fiscal Management System, Social Recreation Camp, Non-Medical Therapies, etc., for individuals with developmental disabilities in conformance with agency mandates and expressed needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Master's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with two (2) years of work experience in a social service agency or a developmental disability agency.
OTHER
Strong mathematical ability required with contract development experience and knowledge of California Code of Regulations, Title 17 are preferred.
Position requires reliable and timely transportation to perform regular job duties on a routine basis out of the office. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for use of a personal registered vehicle with proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license.
STARTING SALARY
BA/BS Entry Level $25.04 to $27.54 an hour
Master's Entry Level $28.80 to $31.67 an hour
