Greenbrier Development, a national developer of continuing care retirement communities, seeks a Marketing Coordinator for their clients, San Francisco Zen Center (“SFZC”) http://sfzc.org/ and Kendal Corporation (“Kendal”) https://www.kendal.org/ to introduce Enso Verde in Simi Valley, California to prospective residents. SFZC and Kendal have partnered to create a Zen-Inspired senior living community like no other: Enso Verde. SFZC was founded in 1962 and has grown to be one of the largest sanghas outside of Asia. Kendal is a premier provider of senior housing and has numerous continuing care retirement communities, primarily in the eastern United States. Enso Verde will be a new, Zen-Inspired CCRC on an attractive, bucolic site with a dry creek bed meandering through and a mountainous backdrop in Simi Valley and is bringing together a top-tier team to introduce this amazing community to area residents.

We are seeking a capable Marketing Coordinator to assist the team responsible for presenting this exciting new offering. The qualified candidate for the Marketing Coordinator position at Enso Verde should have 3 - 5 years experience in marketing and sales support or similar roles, including the production of reports and planning of events. Excellent verbal communication skills are a must as well as the ability to maintain adequate supplies and manage multiple tasks concurrently. The applicant should be able to inspire trust in prospective clients, team members and other stakeholders as well as possess a customer service orientation. Accuracy, timeliness and professionalism are critical to this role. One must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Word and Excel. Experience with sales management (CRM) databases is also important.
