Manages the Respiratory Care Department, as well as the Neuroscience Department, and Sleep Center. Develops and administers policies and procedures relating to each area's function and personnel. Functions as a clinical expert and educator in all respiratory care modalities. Serves as physician liaison and works toward collaborative relationships with medical staff, administrative staff and other members of the healthcare team.
