Occupational Therapist Assistant

PRN – Typically 5-10 hours a week

This position is open to Occupational Therapist Assistants who are licensed in Iowa or who are eligible for licensure in IA. As a PRN, you will set your own hours and work a schedule that is right for you! This PRN position is best suited for an experienced COTA with at least 1 year of ALF experience.

That’s why at NIT, we look for a modest 80% productivity expectation because we believe pushing unrealistic productivities as 90-95% harms both the therapist and the patient.

Our communities are SNF/ALF/IL/Memory Care/HH environments. With consistently stable censuses, your caseload will be fluid across these settings.
