Job Responsibilities Include:
Greet customers, record orders,- Work with other associates to prepare food if needed
- Ensure dining room cleanliness by clearing tables, returning trays, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing tables and counter surfaces
- Ensure supplies are well stocked at all times
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems.
- Communicate with management team
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
Requirements:
Positive upbeat attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast paced environment
