Duties:
- Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Plan and create menus that are innovative and appealing to customers
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including cooks and other kitchen personnel
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new culinary concepts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen management
- Excellent culinary skills and ability to create unique dishes
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Knowledge of menu planning and cost control measures
- Familiarity with catering operations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
