We are seeking a Restaurant Sous Chef to join our team! We are a brand new food truck located at the Conway Airport and are looking for somebody to join a fast pace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Help management oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
- Food prep work
- Cleaning duties
- Work POS systems
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields is preferred
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Work well under management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn
- Needs to have an Arkansas Serve Safe Card
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Need to be able to work long hours and be on your feet most days
