```Duties```
- Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sushi station and kitchen area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure safe food handling
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing of sushi orders with other menu items
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for sushi ingredients as needed
- Train and mentor junior sushi chefs, as required
```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a restaurant or sushi bar setting
- In-depth knowledge of various sushi types, ingredients, and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and culture
- Strong knife skills and ability to handle raw fish safely and efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
