CMA Restaurant Group is opening it's newest concept "BEY" Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar in historic downtown Roswell at the new Southern Post Development.
We are looking for our rockstar Restaurant Chef to lead in the creation of our kitchen, new menu items and level up their career with an amazing team to support you along the way. If your dream is to have your own first kitchen and create a name for yourself, this opportunity is yours.
We are looking for a chef with Mediterranean / Middle Eastern cuisine knowledge or background to lead this project.
```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Create and develop new menu items, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with food safety standards and regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as necessary
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan and execute special events and banquets
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
```Skills```
- Hands on Cooking
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Familiarity with dietary department operations and regulations
- Experience in restaurant management, including menu planning and cost control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively supervise kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations
- Flexibility to adapt to changing menus, ingredients, and customer preferences
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
