**Job Title: Director of Operations - Michelin Star Restaurant Group**

**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to join our Michelin Star rated restaurant group in New York City. With over 20 restaurants under our banner, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality management, with extensive experience in food and beverage operations, particularly in fine dining settings.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a diverse background in food and beverage management positions.
- Preferably experience overseeing multiple fine dining operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience required.
- Must have NYC experience and be willing to travel as needed.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the planning, organization, development, and management of our restaurant group, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and goals.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on the development of new menus and establish policies and procedures to deliver superior food and beverage products and services.
- Oversee the selection, hiring, and training of key employees, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage up to 20 venues, overseeing a team of 1,000 employees, and driving over $100M in annual revenue.
- Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all locations.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, vendors, and guests, to enhance the reputation and success of the restaurant group.
