POSITION PURPOSE: The Cow Creek Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of the Cow Creek Restaurant, and provides guidance and leadership to the restaurant team, Assistant Managers and Supervisors. Is responsible for overall guest satisfaction through properly trained and motivated staff that routinely exceeds service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. The Cow Creek Manager may be assigned to provide oversight and support to other Food & Beverage operations across property.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Delegates work and assigns work to assistant and supervisor.
• Creates and implements clearly defined shift standards, practices and trainings for assistants and supervisors.
• Monitoring all aspects of the Cow Creek restaurant, takes action to correct or improve processes products or service.
• Improves team member effectiveness by coaching, counseling, training and issuing disciplinary actions, delegating and monitoring job tasks and results in a timely manner.

• Provides support to restaurant leader during coaching training and onboarding.
• Ensures that the guest receives prompt, cordial service at all times.
• Provides daily reports regarding daily revenue and volume.

• Provides constructive input to foster process improvement within the department.
• Implements and communicates goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
• Posts calendar of events to ensure team members are informed and able to communicate accurate information to guests.
• Participates in all management meetings as requested.
• Resolves guests concerns and complaints and considers suggestions in a continuous effort to provide superior guest service and generate repeat business.
• Provides constructive input to foster process improvement within the F&B Operation.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
• 2-3 years' experience in the food and beverage industry required, with a min of 6 months in a supervisory or lead role.
• Administrative/clerical experience preferred.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Current OLCC License required.
• Must be able to obtain a Class 3 Gaming License.
• Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
