Resteel Ironworker installs reinforcing steel bars, cables, or wire in order to support concrete structures. May cut, bend, and/or weld steel construction materials. Being a Resteel Ironworker ensures proper placement and alignment according to blueprints and instructions. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Resteel Ironworker may be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Resteel Ironworker may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.     Basic Requirements to Join Our Team as a Journeyman Ironworker:
    • You must be a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized Citizen.
    • You must have at least 3 years of experience as an ironworker erecting steel.
    • You must have your own tools.
    How We Take Care of Our Journeyman Ironworkers:
    •  $28 to $32 per hour
    •  Generous per diem compensation for candidates outside of the project area ($500-700)
    • Overtime is available to maximize your income.
