Branch's Civil Division is searching for a collaborative and driven Field Service Foreperson to join our well-established, growing company. The Equipment Field Foreperson (EFF) is responsible for coordinating, directing and supervising Equipment Operation's field personnel, and the daily repair and maintenance of BCI equipment. The EFF promotes and develops communication, coordination, and cooperation between Field and Equipment Operations. The EFF will provide technical assistance as needed to ensure that equipment personnel work safely and that equipment is maintained in safe and reliable working condition. The EFF will use best methods to minimize equipment repair downtime and cost.
This job operates in the shop, and regular visits to job sites are required.
