Retail Loss Prevention Auditor jobs in Idaho Falls, ID

Retail Loss Prevention Auditor analyzes and reviews store accounting, inventory, and transaction data to detect issues and ensure that policies and programs to reduce loss are implemented. Evaluates processes and procedures to identify internal control weaknesses that could result in loss. Being a Retail Loss Prevention Auditor reviews patterns and trends related to product loss. Coordinates with law enforcement to conduct investigations of theft or fraud. Additionally, Retail Loss Prevention Auditor investigates employee policy violations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Retail Loss Prevention Auditor occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Winston is looking for fashionable, passionate and energetic Retail Merchandisers with in-store merchandising experience in apparel, accessories and footwear. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for high level execution according to a planogram, sizing, stocking & filling in merchandise on the selling floor as well as relationship building. We work with various brands and product categories at retailers such as Macy’s, Walmart, Kohl’s, Dick’s, specialty chains, and more.

    Responsibilities:
    The Fundamentals:

    • Work Ethic: As a Retail Merchandiser, you must have a strong commitment and dedication to building brands and elevating their presentation at retail and telling their story through visual merchandising

    • Communication: Retail Merchandisers must be able to communicate clearly with store personnel and provide clear communication in written reports

    • Technology: A smartphone is required for reporting purposes, tablets are not recommended. For iOS users, we recommend an iPhone 6 or greater and iOS of 12.0 or greater. For Android users, we recommend devices that are no more than 5 years old and updated to Android OS 9.0 or greater.
    Qualifications:
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • Ability to dress mannequins according to style guide (required)
    • Experience reading and executing apparel floorsets and visual updates using a planogram or directive (required)
    • Friendly, energetic, personable demeanor, and passion for retail merchandising
    • Strong work ethic, reliable and committed
    • Flexible, adaptable, dependable and trustworthy
    • Ability to download and install an app on your smart phone, and upload reports via the app
    • Ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand on feet entire shift
    • Availabile up to 20 hrs per/wk

    Pay Range:     $18-22/hr
    Note that this range is representative of earning potential and actual pay will be based on skills, experience, and/or geographic location.
