Being a Retail Loss Prevention Representative observes areas that are vulnerable to theft and identifies occurrences. Ensures employees understand and follow policies and procedures for loss prevention and cash handling. Additionally, Retail Loss Prevention Representative collects, records, and maintains loss and incident data in appropriate format and system. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Retail Loss Prevention Representative works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
