Retail Real Estate Manager oversees regional real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Communicates with the landlord to help evaluate and resolve any disputes. Being a Retail Real Estate Manager ensures property is maintained. May serve as a point of contact for the community. Additionally, Retail Real Estate Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Qualifications:
Licensed or willingness to pursue a Real Estate License
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $51,896.93 - $110,671.58 per year
