Responsibilities:

• Property Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties listed for sale. Utilize various channels such as online listings, social media, print media, and networking events to reach potential buyers and create maximum exposure for properties.
• Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings for interested buyers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of each property. Be available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide valuable insights to potential buyers.
• Negotiation and Documentation: Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved. Assist clients with preparing and reviewing real estate documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory. Conduct regular market research and analysis to provide clients with accurate information and advice on pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities.

Requirements:

• Valid real estate license in the Delaware, Pennsylvania, or Maryland areas (OR willingness to obtain one, with costs covered by Crown Homes Real Estate).
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a strong desire to excel in the industry.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies and platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
