We are looking for an experienced, talented telephone real estate sales professional to focus on expired listings and FSBOs to support our Listing Team.

Duncan Duo Real Estate at RE/MAX is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in the country! You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing specialists and get to work with the best real estate salespeople in our company!

$100,000 commission bonus structure

• Relentlessly prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline
• Primary duties include outbound calling, texting, e-mail communication, social media prospecting, coordination, and scheduling of real estate selling opportunities
• Build rapport and set appointments for agents to meet with expired listings and FSBOs
• Prospect to an existing database of clients to generate listings for the team
• Cooperate and work with listing agents and operations team to secure and sell listings
• Database management
