Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and recorded accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests promptly and professionally - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction - Assist with night audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing reports - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements: - Previous experience working in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting - Proficiency in operating phone systems and other office equipment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests - Knowledge of hotel management software systems is preferred As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.
