Immediate position available for an experienced GPR (ground penetrating radar) and core drilling technician. Must follow directions, effectively communicate, be mechanically inclined. A minimum of 2 years verifiable GPR/utility scanning experience a must.

• Assist and operate technically advanced ground penetrating radar (GPR) equipment on job sites.
• Coordinate and perform scans of concrete slabs using GPR equipment to locate buried structures: rebar, post-tension cables, conduit, electrical wires and pipes
• Operate core drill rigs and drilling equipment
• Work with superintendents on job sites and communicate results.
• Interpret scan results and convey concrete obstructions to customers
• Travel to local and regional project sites (Company Vehicle and Gas Card included)

Required Skills

• Able to pay strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Good organization skills
• Ability to work independently on job site
• Microsoft Outlook

Required Experience

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Experience on small and large construction sites
• Min. 2 years verifiable GPR/utility scanning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
