JOB TITLE: NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIAN
LOCATION: RENTON, WASHINGTON
We are a group of naturopathic physicians who work together as a team to provide anti-aging and regenerative medicine in a concierge membership-based direct care environment. Right now we are hoping to find another naturopathic physician to join our team.
About the Position:
Your initial work schedule during onboarding and initial training will alternate every other week either Monday - Thursday 7 am - 6 pm or Tuesday - Friday 7 am - 6 pm for 2 - 4 months. Once you've demonstrated the proficiency required to evaluate and manage your own patients, your schedule will change to Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm for about 12 months. Thereafter, your schedule will be Tuesday - Friday 7 am - 6 pm.
Working in this role involves evaluating and managing patients in a comprehensive and holistic manner while integrating naturopathic philosophy with the tools and technologies of anti-aging and regenerative medicine. Working in this role will require you to develop the ability to expertly prescribe and perform the following:
- Evaluate and manage patients with hormone deficiencies by prescribing bioidentical hormone replacement therapy as well as various peptide therapies, and other medications and compounds, as well as naturopathic modalities to supplementally treat various hormone-related conditions that often must be addressed concomitantly with HRT, including male and female sexual dysfunction.
- Evaluate and manage patients who are obese or overweight by prescribing semaglutide or tirzepatide or other medications and compounds, as well as naturopathic modalities to help patients to safely and effectively lose weight and maintain weight loss.
- SQ implantation of testosterone and estradiol pellets
- SQ / IM / IV etc injections of nutrients, hormones, and other medications
- Routine venipuncture and therapeutic phlebotomies
- Low-intensity extracorporeal shockwave therapy for sexual health and performance
- Platelet-rich plasma injections for sexual health and performance
- Ability to perform aesthetics procedures, such as microneedling, as well as injections of platelet-rich plasma, neuromodulators and fillers is preferred, but not required; you would have the opportunity to learn how to perform these procedures, which would increase your earnings potential
- Ability to perform regenerative joint injections, including prolotherapy, prolozone, and using platelet-rich plasma or autologous stem cells is preferred, but not required; you would have the opportunity to learn how to perform these procedures, which would increase your earnings potential
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Washington naturopathic medical license, with no disciplinary history
- Valid Oregon DEA license is required before date of hire, with no disciplinary history
- Current professional liability insurance with no past or present litigation history
- Cancellation of all contracts with insurance / third-party payors is required to be 100% complete before date of hire
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
- Completion of Board-approved PRP training
- 2 years of full-time 40 hours per week employment experience as a licensed ND evaluating and managing at least 20 different patients per week OR 4 years of experience working as either a self-employed or part-time licensed N.D. having evaluated and managed at least 2,000 different patients.

- Excited to work as an employed physician, and follow guidance and instruction from supervisors who are ND’s when it comes to medical care, as well as from supervisors who are not licensed healthcare professionals when it comes to administrative systems and protocols and other aspects of employment as a physician within a medical group

Benefits and Compensation Highlights:
- Initial compensation during onboarding and training is $84,000 per year. This is a 2 - 4 month period during which time you are not approved to evaluate and manage your own patients.
- Starting salary - once you’ve been approved to evaluate and manage your own patients - is $120,000 per year (not including bonus compensation). Bonus compensation begins after 30 - 90 days, based on how quickly training progresses.
- 160 hours of annual paid-time off (including paid sick leave).
