Job Summary:

This is not your typical retail position. As a Retail Sales Specialist and Influencer you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

No previous experience necessary but the willingness to learn and grow your business is required.

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns

- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences

- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other electronic devices

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner

Experience:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions

- Knowledge of retail math concepts (e.g., calculating discounts, sales tax)

- Experience in wireless or technical sales is advantageous

- Familiarity with using a cash register or point-of-sale system

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
