Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues or complaints

- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, tracking, and paying for order

- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies

- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet or exceed performance goals for customer service metrics

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages such as Spanish are a plus)

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices

- Experience in cashier or operating a cash register in busy environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required

- Proficiency in running a cash register and drive thru

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
