We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and helping to maintain the store's appearance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, ability to work as a team, strong organizational skills, demonstrates the desire to learn, and has a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of menu items and retail merchandise
• Packaging
• Light Food Prep
• Making sandwiches & panini
• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its menu items & merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Maintain an orderly appearance of the sales floor.
• Finalizing sale with Clover POS
• Cross selling products to increase total sale
• Merchandising
• Inventory

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
