Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
