Store Manager Job Responsibilities

• Motivate employees and handle employee misconduct

• Handle scheduling, invoicing, and back office paperwork

• Cashiering and basic sales associate tasks

• Deliver quality customer service

• Resolve customer disputes

• Maintain and implement corporate and company standards

• Analyze monthly sales to improve profit margins, sales, and evaluate inventory

• Train and guide new employees

• Coach and motivate your team (including the car wash employees)

• Develop and implement sales/up-selling strategies to boost store/car wash sales

Requirements

• Must have prior management experience in convenience stores, fast food or retail

• Must be of 21 years or older

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be able to work 6 days a week and 45-50 hours weekly

• At least 3 years of sales/retail experience

• At least 2 years of management experience

• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Must have basic computer skills

• Must be able to obtain TAM Card, Sheriff Card, and Health Card

• Must be drug-free, background check applicable

• Dependable, trustworthy, and hardworking

Essential Job Functions

• Lifting heavy stock (50 LB)

• Standing 8 hours daily

• Using a computer for 3 hours daily

• Moving in and out of Cooler/Freezer

• Bending/Squatting multiple times

• Standing and performing physical labor 8 hours daily
