Retail Store Operations Director jobs in Dothan, AL

Responsibilities:

• Serve the public through our thrift store.
• Stock shelves and keep clean and organized.
• Speak to each customer and ask if they need help.
• Accept cash and debit cards using our POS system.
• Sweep floors, clean bathrooms.
• Keep clothing stocked and placed in its proper area.
• Count money and write deposit slips.
• Reset stores.
• Print price tags for larger inventory items.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current drivers license with a good MVR.
• Must have a GED or High School Diploma.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and have a clear background check.
• Must a have a teachable spirit.
• Have a flexible schedule, be able to work any day of the week, to include Saturdays.
• Have a courteous and pleasant attitude with the public and co-workers.
• Have a good knowledge of computers.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Experience:

• Retail sales: 3 years (Required)
