We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team.
We are a well established tourist oriented retain store in Frankenmuth MI.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This includes managing inventory, supervising staff, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to develop strategies for increasing revenue
- Implement effective merchandising techniques to maximize product visibility and drive sales
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Skills:
- Proven experience in retail sales and management
- Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory control
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
