The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a
Planning, Design and Construction Student Assistant (Summer).
Applications will be accepted until 6/10/2022.
We are looking for detail-oriented and dependable individuals to join our staff for temporary summer employment supporting Planning, Design and Construction project management teams. Duties may include the following activities:
- Technical data entry and compilation of reports.-Building inspections and field measurements to confirm
existing building conditions.-Assist with minor adjustments to drawings using AutoCAD.-Photograph, download, and index digital files of
"in-progress" construction projects.-Assist with construction project review.-Assist with construction close-out paperwork.-General errands and deliveries of documents to campus.
All work is required to take place in the Planning, Design and Construction campus office. COVID-19 protocols must be followed to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Reliability and consistency are essential. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft and Google Office products.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current 3rd or 4th year undergraduate architecture student preferred. Basic drafting skills to assist with in-house documentation. AutoCAD experience preferred.
