Responsibilities:

- Utilize retail math skills to accurately calculate prices, discounts, and change.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively upsell and promote relevant items to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by adhering to visual merchandising standards and performing tasks such as restocking shelves and cleaning the sales floor.
- Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers in a bilingual capacity, catering to diverse customer needs and preferences.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with cash handling and operating a cash register.
- Strong retail sales skills, including the ability to upsell and promote products.
- Basic understanding of retail math and pricing procedures.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Bilingual or fluency in a second language is an asset.
