Customer Service Rep - Senior

2-4 years high volume call center background (within a financial industry preferred - A candidates)

Customer service with de-escalation experience/background

Specifics: This is within their retirement services center, for end of year high call volume period

Onsite 5 days a week

2 weeks of training
