As we continue to dominate the aftermarket space, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Returns Lead to run our busy Grand Prairie, Texas returns center.

Job Summary:

As the Warehouse Returns Clerk, you will ensure the efficient and effective receipt, processing, quality control, putaway and shipping of returned product from company stores, distribution centers and ecommerce sources. This hands-on position requires extensive knowledge of return processes, packaging, relabeling, quality control and system (SAP/ D365) entries for proper disposition of returned items. This is an on-site position, with no remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and process all inbound returns
• Ensure all material going back on the shelf is in brand new sellable condition
• Effective communicate with all sales and customer service representatives
• Properly track and dispose of any scrap materials
• Communicate and execute any vendor returns as needed including warranty items
• Store and manage warranty, scratch and dent, re-box, and incomplete items
• Manage all freight claim material including final disposition
• Support and back up all other team members and warehouse functions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Effectively communicate with internal and external partners
• Ensure that all department deadlines are met 

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 2 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Returns Clerk in a large distribution/logistics environment
• Thorough understanding of returns process best practices 
• Safety- first mindset and cadence
• Quality control experience for product resale/ scrap decisions 
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Proficiency in WMS and ERP operational systems use
• Strong data analysis capabilities 
• Proven ability to work across multiple functions in a Team environment
• Strong experience in process improvement
