Description
The position of Quality/Returns Specialist is responsible for inspection and receiving of incoming returns. Organizes product for inspection/disposition, manages non-conforming inventory and works with management to implement Quality Process Improvement programs. Work alongside the inventory team for better understanding of material and processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties as assigned)
• Primary interface for the Distribution Center segment of the Return Goods process.
• Manages returned goods back into inventory, Scheduling miscellaneous return of inventory.
• Responsible for the proper use and administration of the Non-conforming product process.
• Serves as the primary interface for Distribution Center quality related issues.
• Coordinates inspection/disposition on Non-conforming, suspect or returned goods.
• Serves as the primary advisor to the Operations Coordinator on quality issues/initiatives
• In conjunction with the Operations Coordinator serves as the primary interface for
Distribution Center product quality related issues.
• Manages accuracy and organizing of Non-conforming inventory; makes required inventory
adjustments based on findings and established guidelines.
• Develops, maintains, and reviews pertinent reports. Suggests solutions and actions were.

• Promotes the organizational goals and philosophies of Netafim USA.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Include the following.
High School diploma or equivalent, Minimum 3 years related experience, Equipment certification (forklift, reach truck, order picker) and must be proficient using Microsoft Office programs or equivalent software applications.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent, Minimum 3 years related experience.
Fluent in English.
Interpersonal - the ability to work with in the Team environment to accomplish specified goals.
SKILLS
Distribution/Warehouse Operations - must understand Storage, Handling, and Packaging, preservation and Delivery systems and functions.
Interpersonal - the ability to work within the Team environment to accomplish specified goals. Communication - able to effectively communicate in a variety of situations to a broad range of internal and external listeners.
Must be capable of assessing problems, determining root cause, and developing corrective and preventive action.
