Returns Manager is responsible for the entire returns process. Communicates the returns process with vendors, customers, and employees and manages employees involved in the returns process. Being a Returns Manager may require an associate degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Returns Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Returns Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. We are looking for Project Manager of People Operations to lead initiatives focused on improving our warehouse specialists experience. Example projects include evaluating our incentives and compensation strategy for warehouse specialists, and creating a management development curriculum for warehouse management. Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Operations, the Project Manager will • Develop and execute projects focused on creating a world-class experience for our warehouse specialists • Drive analysis and execution of projects focused on building robust programs for evaluating and incentivizing employees, recruiting and hiring, and well as training and development • Collaborate with the senior operations team to prioritize workforce strategy projects to balance short-term and long-term objectives • Partner with cross-functional leaders across PayPal (e.g., Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits) to support the execution of our People Operations priorities • Contribute to an amazing work culture by integrating feedback and ideas from the specialist population and developing systems that inspire great work and collaboration.     Job Description:

    We are looking for someone with:

    • B.S. or B.A. degree
    • 7-10 years’ experience in general management in a fast-moving environment, such as but not limited to: manufacturing lines, product development or call centers
    • Experience in an ultrafast-scaling organization and/or excitement to be a part of one – we are disrupting a multi-billion-dollar industry and are expecting tremendous growth in the near-term
    • Excitement for working in a start-up environment with high level of ambiguity and change
    • Strong desire for continuous improvement of environment as well as a personal, lifelong learner mentality
    • Proven analytical aptitude and advanced excel skills to aid the development and pursuit of growth-oriented ideas
    • A get things done attitude with the ability to pursue work independently and manage high quality results with little oversight
    • A long-term perspective on career development and desire to grow professionally within the company
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
