Bailiwick seeks an experienced, passionate and strategic Warehouse Returns Manager to contribute to our ongoing success and growth.

The role of the Warehouse Returns Manager will be responsible for leading the Disposition department. The team is currently comprised of 25 employees. Bailiwick defines the Disposition department as handling all returned equipment, from a closing site to an advanced replacement return. This is a position that includes managing multi-customer disposition projects, as well as providing leadership and direction to employees. This position will be involved in disposition operations including resource planning, billing, project initiation, supply ordering, inventory and data feed reconsolidation, and reporting. The Warehouse Returns Managers helps to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and at 100% accuracy. This individual works closely with the project management and warehouse teams to ensure project goals are met. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the initial orientation, training, direction, and coordination of members of the disposition team.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to disposition team members on all aspects of project work
• Understand project requirements and timelines to forecast resource needs
• Participate in project meetings
• Work with disposition technicians to maintain procedural guides and documentation
• Works to meet goals for ATR completion time
• Use proper workspace guidelines and knowledge to help ensure team safety and efficiency
• Generate monthly billing sheets for some projects
• Works with other Materials Management teams to address issues and ensure project requirements are met
• Answers questions and assists disposition personnel with procedures and best practices
• Assists with other project management tasks as needed
• Interface directly with customers
• Document issues and communicate with customer for resolution
• Participate in both internal and external project meetings
• Work with disposition team project teams on accurate reporting of project statuses
• Manage relationships with disposal and remarketing partners
• Daily supervision of disposition personnel resources on active projects, assisted by Disposition Supervisor
• Promotes teamwork and identifies opportunities for growth and synergy
• Performance feedback for members of the disposition team
• Provide active coaching and motivation to members of the disposition team
• Acts as a point of contact for time off, sick time, late time, and other timing coordination along with team supervisor
• Coordinates disposition audits including bin audits, documentation, and processes
• Coordinates resources to ensure we are meeting SLAs
• Sharing of resources (either way) with the Configuration team depending on peaks and valleys of work
• Responds to team issues with de-escalation skills and low-level conflict resolution to ensure proper team cohesion and workflow
• Performs other team management duties as needed

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
• Minimum 2 year in a warehouse or manager role
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite tools
• Must have valid drivers license
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite tools
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot and problem solve
• Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
• Dependable
• Ability to work independently and manage one's own time effectively
• Willingness to offer solutions for proper improvements
• Any relevant certifications a plus
