About the Role

The Vendor Returns Supervisor (Material Return Station/ZT Production Parts/Return to Vendor) is responsible for the collection, coordination, processing/and or repair of non-conforming production parts or parts rejected by IQC. Manage the end-to-end demand, supply, inspection and/or repair functions, failure analysis, accurate validation and inventory allocation of non-conforming parts. Lead a team of technicians and coordinators

What You’ll Do

• Implement efficient repair processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Responsible for day-to-day operational oversight and guidance which align with overall strategic objectives
• Develop and train team members to support initiatives
• Define and document vendor requirements to improve efficiency of parts returns
• Ensure timely processing and shipment of returned vendor material
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformance
• Manage test lab and all related functions
• Manage internal validation of inventory accuracy
• Support Lean Initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 0-2 years of related experience in a professional business environment
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Proficient with MS office applications
• Must possess strong data entry and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written, verbal presentation and communication skills required
• Collaborative, flexible and adaptable
