**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and visiting job sites, ensuring contractor satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our business.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee job sites and sub-contractors.

- Order and manage job materials.

- Manage and motivate a team of sub-contractors.

- Monitor and control that we are meeting job deadline dates.

- Communicate with homeowners and contractors that we work with.

- Manage customer service by resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a clean and organized work truck.

- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in a supervisory role in construction management environment

- Strong understanding of siding, windows, job materials used on construction sites.

- Ability to manage and motivate a team

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Familiarity with pricing strategies and procedures

- A commitment to customer satisfaction and employee development

- A plus if you understand and read blue prints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.02 - $18.84 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
