Revenue Accountant jobs in Fort Wayne, IN

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for Cash Application, Billing, Accounts Payable,
and Collection. In addition, you will be required to cross train on all other daily
departmental functions to always ensure adequate department coverage.

Responsibilities:
? Processing of accounts payable Invoices
? Billing and Accounts Receivable activities
? Accurately apply cash receipts with the ability to recognize and reconcile
payment discrepancies.
? Initiate all collection efforts to contact customers to collect past dues.
? Identifying and reporting on specific issues that may negatively impact the
accounts receivable balance areas of opportunity to improve processes and
positively impact business results.
? Other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
Knowledge of Sage 300 beneficial but not required.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
? High School Diploma or Equivalent
? Proven related experience required.
? Strong Excel skills
? High volume email correspondence experience.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey
messages in a clear and sufficient manner with individuals both inside and
outside the company.
? Proven effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and remain
focused.
