Qualifications:
– Should have 10 years experience as a payroll specialist or similar type of career
– Should have moderate experience with Microsoft Excel
– Should have advanced experience with Quickbooks
– Should have be extremely concerned with accuracy and having data balance
Responsibilities:
– Process weekly payroll with accuracy based on time sheets
– Job cost payroll hours
– Trade cost payroll hours
– Create and provide various financial reports for bank institutions
– Create and provide various financial reports to show how the company / specific jobs are doing
