Develops strategies to optimize operations and to ensure sufficient cash flow. Being a Revenue Accounting Director establishes targets, policies, and internal controls that will drive improvements and efficiencies in overall service revenue capture and collection. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and responsiveness to changes in requirements. Capitol Billing Group is growing rapidly and in need of a hands on highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to supervise our A/R and Collections Department. This position places a strong emphasis on A/R follow up and collections.
Essential Duties:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelors degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; or In addition, the candidates for this position will demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, have a self-starting attitude and outstanding work ethic with proper references, be able to manage time effectively and plan accordingly and have a natural drive to succeed.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Possess ability to apply broad knowledge to new circumstances to add value and perspective.
Education:
Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience & License:
· Three years related experience.
· Experience in managing medical accounts receivable, claim billings, follow-up, and denial management processes.
