The position of Director of Revenue Cycle is a full-time, 35 hour/week, benefits-eligible, exempt hybrid position working remotely and from our Center City Philadelphia location. The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $118,500 and dependent upon experience and training. This position provides strategic leadership, oversight, evaluation, and direction of PPSP Revenue Cycle operations. Manages all components related to effective billing and revenue recoveries, inclusive of all patient care revenue streams. Ensures inter-departmental and external vendor coordination for high efficacy and robust quality of billing and supplemental data and reporting. Maintains positive outlook and flexibility to effectively work in a team environment performing various assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines. Manages and negotiates external vendor and reimbursement contracts and holds responsibility for overall delivery of billing services.
